The Hispanic Law Students Association is an association of students interested in the Hispanic or Latino culture. We gather to express our interests, concerns, persectives, and enjoyment of the cultyre. The HLSA is open to any and all student interested. We strive to help the Hispanic or Latin people situated in the Dayton comunity,

Major 2007/2008 Initiatives:
- Organize a display in celebration of Dia de los Muertos ( Day of the Dead), wherin we ask members of the UDSL community to submit photos and bios of loved ones who have passed on so that we may honor and celebrate them
- We also plan to participate in various Thanksgiving and Christmas Charity drives.
- We plan to continue serving the Spanish speaking community in Dayton through the Volunteer Income Taz Assistance program
- We also plan to participate in UDSL's annual Diversity Fest, a pot-luck dinner style gathering.
