Elaine S. Bernstein is the attorney at the Law Offices of Elaine S. Bernstein, which represents employees and employers in employment and labor law. She was also a partner at Jeffrey M. Silverstein & Associates for ten years and has clerked for the Honorable Michael R. Merz. Ms. Bernstein is a past president of the Dayton Women’s Bar Association and is currently secretary of the Volunteer Lawyers Project. She has also served as mediator and an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
