Kim Ballard assists students, staff and faculty with their Ohiolink and Inter-Library loan needs. As a circulation specialist, she is also responsible for maintaining reserve materials for professors. Kim provides service at the circulation desk and supports the circulation supervisor as needed.

Before coming to the University of Dayton, Kim supervised the library at the St. Albert the Great School. Outside of her library work, Kim enjoys attending classes at UD, gardening and spending time with her family.
