This site focuses on the legal issues cybercrime raises.

The site provides a variety of content, most of which is unique.

• The Model Cybercrime Laws section contains sample cybercrime laws written by students in an upper-level law school seminar. They include laws that can be used to implement the Council of Europe’s Convention on Cybercrime.
• Two other sections provide links to (a) articles written by Professor Susan Brenner, the site operator, and (b) news stories dealing with cybercrime and the law.
• The Institute on Law, Technology and Security section of the site contains guides to state cybercrime laws and to chain of custody for digital evidence.
  There is also an external link to CYB3RCRIM3, Professor Brenner’s blog and another to the University of Dayton’s Program in Law and Technology.
