Program Maps

Professor Greene lecturing in class

Students who entered UDSL in Fall 2005 or later will pursue their legal education in the framework of the Lawyer as Problem Solver program. During their studies, students will complete a series of core required courses, track required courses, and elective courses. We have designed program maps, based on the track selection and number of semesters the student will study, to assist students in planning their courses. These maps designate which semester students will take the core required courses and the track required courses, so that students meet all prerequisite requirements. Any deviation from the program map for the core required courses or the track required courses must be approved by the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs.

The flexibility of coursework within the Lawyer as Problem Solver program comes in the elective courses. Students are offered a variety of courses to choose from that will supplement their required courses. Students who would like assistance in selecting their elective courses should contact the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs.
