The staff of the Career Services Office at the University of Dayton School of Law is dedicated to offering our students and alumni comprehensive career planning and placement services. Our goal is to provide services and resources that will empower our students and graduates to make informed career decisions.
The Career Services Office assists students and alumni with

- Aligning career opportunities with individual interests and skill sets
- Determining a rewarding career path
- Developing successful job search techniques
- Securing rewarding summer and permanent employment
Services offered by the CSO include one-on-one counseling, informational programs and workshops, resume and cover letter review, mock interviews, library and electronic resources, job listings, interviewing opportunities, electronic job banks, and the UDSL alumni network.
In addition to supporting our students and alumni, we strive to meet the needs of local and national employers through our recruiting services. As a member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), we promote fair and ethical hiring practices through the Principles and Standards established by NALP and the Non-Discrimination Policy adopted by the University of Dayton School of Law.
