I was raised in the small town of North Vernon, Indiana. Even though my parents have been divorced since I was young, family has always been important to me. It was quite challenging growing up trying to make two sets of families proud; however, we have grown together to become one cohesive family. I have four younger siblings: Jacob, Luke, David and Kirby Linn. 

I went to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and received my bachelor of arts degree in speech communication with a focus in rhetorical influence.

I am a 3L at UDSL. This is my second year serving as a Team Advisor for AEP. I take pride in this program because it allows me to help create an environment in which first year law students will be able to reach their learning potential. Mentoring my peers allows me to adapt to new teaching and learning styles, which improves my communication and legal skills as well.

In addition to being a TA for AEP, I am also a member of Honor Council and a Student Ambassador for the UDSL Admissions Office.
