Merle F. Wilberding is an attorney at Coolidge Wall LLP. He has more than 30 years experience in real estate, taxation, business planning, non-profit organizations, shopping center law and zoning. He has served as chairman of the law firm’s tax department for ten years. Mr. Wilberding has also served as chairman and general counsel for the Greater Dayton Foreign Trade Zone, is a trustee of Muse Machine, and is a member of The 100 Club.
Before joining Coolidge Wall, Mr. Wilberding was an attorney at Arent, Fox, Kintner, Plotkin & Kahn in Washington, D.C., and served as a U.S. Army Captain, Judge Advocate General’s Corps., Government Appellate Division.
