In an effort to ensure that students have access to purchasing a laptop that will have maximum compatibility with the UDSL network, the Information Technology Department has set up a laptop purchase program with Dell. The computers available through this offer are configured to meet UDSL’s requirements and come with a three-year, no-fault warranty and next-day, onsite service. The computers come with all required and recommended software installed. UDSL also has loaner computers available to students who purchase a computer through this program should their machines have to be sent in for repairs. We also have two full-time Dell-certified technicians on our staff. UDSL strongly recommends that students purchase a laptop through this program.

Students entering UDSL in Summer 2007 may now view the available model and make their purchase at the UDSL page of Dell's website.
