Mr. Untereker focuses on wage and hour litigation, and community outreach at Working Hands Legal Clinic. In support of Chicago's worker and community centers, he regularly gives workshops and presentations on issues affecting immigrant workers, such as no-match letters, discrimination, and wage violations. Mr. Untereker has been a strong advocate for those most vulnerable in Chicago. Prior to joining WHLC, he was a volunteer advocate at Chicago Interfaith Committee on Worker Issues, CALI Award winner with the Center for Justice in Capital Cases, and intern with Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic. He currently is a member of the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic's Young Professional Board. He holds a juris doctor from DePaul University College of Law and B.A. from Williams College.
