UDSL hosts two annual alumni traditions in September, the Dean’s Classic Softball Tournament and 18th Annual Honorable Carl D. Kessler Scholarship Golf Tournament are the weekend of September 28, 2007, and a Red Mass will be held Saturday, September 22, 2007.
The Dean’s Classic is a co-ed, low competitive softball tournament that provides the opportunity for UDSL alumni and students to build relationships in a fun, relaxing atmosphere. All players are rewarded by their sportsmanlike participation. The tournament will begin Friday, September 28 at 9pm with a Bracket Party; watch for more information on this event. Play begins at the NCR softball fields the next morning at 8am; the last game of the day is played at 8pm. Play continues on Sunday the 30th until the championship game is played at 6pm.
Teams of four may start forming for the 18th Annual Honorable Carl D. Kessler Scholarship Golf Tournament, though individuals may also register and will be paired by the Tournament Director. The Tournament takes place at the Golf Club at Yankee Trace and begins with a shot gun start at 1pm on Friday, September 28, 2007.

The University of Dayton School of Law and Catholic Judges of the Dayton Area invite you to the Red Mass, invoking God's Holy Spirit on all who administer justice on our community. The Red Mass service will be held at the U.D. Immaculate Conception Chapel on Saturday, September 22, 2007, followed by a reception in the lobby of Keller Hall.
