The Advocacy and Dispute Resolution track prepares students for legal careers representing clients in court proceedings such as trials, hearings, and appeals, as well as in non-judicial proceedings, such as arbitrations, mini-trials, and mediations.

Students may employ their education in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution in several different careers:

  • Trial Attorney
  • Prosecutor
  • Criminal Defense Attorney
  • Arbitrators
  • Mediators
