The Intellectual Property, Cyberlaw and Creativity track prepares students to advise corporate and entrepreneurial clients in intellectual property law, media law, and technological development. These careers may involve prosecution of patents; licensing and enforcement of copyrights and trademarks; and protection, licensing, and litigation of creative works, such as music, artworks, and designs.
Students may employ their education in Intellectual Property, Cyberlaw and Creativity in several different career paths:

- Entertainment Lawyer
- Intellectual Property Litigator
- Technology Lawyer
- Media Lawyer
