Jenifer Wilhelm graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1990 and has been fighting for the welfare of children ever since. After serving for ten years in the Child Protection Unit of the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, she served as a Magistrate Judge for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court for five years. She remains a Visiting Magistrate, hearing abuse, neglect and dependency, and private custody cases as needed for Montgomery County. Judge Wilhelm has served as an Adjunct Professor at UDSL for three years and is working particularly with the Lawyer as Problem Solver Curriculum to help students prepare for practical challenges in representing children, families, juvenile delinquents and others who need special advocacy.
