Plumwood Terrace is a 55-unit apartment building located three blocks from the School of Law. It contains efficiency, single, and two-bedroom apartments and limited indoor parking for an additional cost.

• Single apartments include a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath
• Efficiency units include a combination living room/bedroom, kitchen, and bath
• Two-bedroom apartments include two single bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bath

L Street Apartments are older brownstones located two blocks from the school and consist mostly of efficiency apartments, with a few single and double apartments. The units contain similar furnishings as Plumwood, but do not have indoor parking, air-conditioning, or laundry facilities.

The Office of Admissions must receive a student's first seat deposit before the student is eligible to reserve on-campus housing.
