The Institute on Law, Technology & Security is an endeavor funded by the University of Dayton School of Law to conduct research on issues involving the intersection of law, technology and security. 

Surveys of Cybercrime Law for Selected States

Beginning in the spring of 2007, law students in the University of Dayton School of Law's Cybercrime Capstone course wrote guides to the cybercrime law in various states, the purpose being to provide a summary of pertinent law for law enforcement officers in those states and for law enforcement officers from other states who might have a case involving the law in one of these states. The Institute worked, again, with the Cyber Science Laboratory, on this project.  The guides are accessible on this site, via the buttons given below:
