The inside of a hard drive

This section contains model legislation that was drafted to deal with the unique issues cybercrime raises.  The model legislation in this section was drafted by law students in Professor Brenner’s online Cybercrimes Seminar.

The model legislation the law students drafted falls into three categories:  legislation that defines cybercrime offenses; legislation that defines the procedures law enforcement can use in investigating cybercrimes; and legislation implementing the Council of Europe’s Convention on Cybercrime
