UDSL summer starters recently attended a picnic on the East lawn to celebrate their first month on campus. Parents, spouses, children, siblings, aunts, and even a cousin or two partook in the fun. Lea Craine, UDSL student Dan's wife, put on a magic show for the little ones, and students enjoyed numerous games of cornhole. The leftover food was taken to St. Vincent's Hotel, which greatly appreciated the donation. A yearly traditional faculty/staff picnic will take place later this summer as well as a picnic for more new students in the fall.
